Brian enjoys encouraging people to be active in whatever environment they live in by discovering what their town, city, or community has to offer as far as ways to be fit, active, and healthy - whether it be a gym, a local high school track, your own neighborhood, park or bike trail.
Brian has worked with weight-loss groups, businesses, first time exercisers, athletes, and kids, all with the main goal of finding what motivates them to live healthier lives.. In the end he believes that taking small steps will lead to big goals, and as a goal-oriented person, this has helped him meet great successes along his way. This is also what motivated him to create the Every Day in May fitness challenge 5 years ago. To date over 600 people have taken part in this challenge and have made steps at improving and enhancing their lives while taking some new looks at their communities. With over 2,000 pounds reported lost, muscles strengthened, and calories burned, Every Day in May is gearing up for what is sure to be a fun and productive fifth year.
