This is not goodbye

ᅠToday is it MAY 31St!!!!!!!! Can you believe that we made it this far? I feel so great about myself knowing that I was active EVERY DAY IN MAY!!! I hope everyone stayed active as well. If you missed a day or two thats okay you wont get a demerit, be proud of your self that you worked out 29 of 31 days! You might have not done that last month and for that I consider that a great accomplishment. This month has been a crazy month for me, I had surgery and was out of work for 3 weeks which means no Brian and it left me to walk a lot as I had restrictions but im am feeling better and kicking ass! I wish the month of May is longer but June is hours away I will continue to blog and the reason why I want to continue is that my journey is far from over, it has just begun and im okay with that because I am in it for the long run. ᅠI want to thank everyone for their support and there comments this whole month and I would love for them to keep coming!!!ᅠ As always please feel free to email me at linzym10@yahoo.com or facebook me!

Snack: 11:45- cheese stick and peach cup

1:00- snack size bag of pretzels

Lunch: 2:45  sandwich 98% FF wegmans deli ham on a Arnolds flat roll ᅠ
