Katie Torres, from Chili, NY is a weight loss coach and exercise enthusiast who has been instrumental at helping people transform their bodies, minds and spirits over the past several years. Katie herself was able to lose over 50 pounds, and maintain that weight loss by changing many aspects in her own life and also my making new and healthier choices on a daily basis. After the weight loss, Katie decided to not only change her eating habits, but to start an exercise routine as well. She started out struggling at first to run down her own street, and just last year completed her first half marathon. Katie believes in keeping variety in both her food and exercise plans. Her energy, enthusiasm, care and concern for other peoples well being, is what keeps her successful at reaching not only her own personal goals, but at helping people set and reach their own. She is happy to be lending a hand this Every Day in May, with healthy food choices and some exercise tips as well.
