Katie's Korner - Have a Healthy Day
Good morning! I am so excited to be working with Brian on his adventures through the month of May. I will be taking his challenge along with healthy eating to get a great start to the summer.
I just got home from a 3.5 mile run and feel great and I am happy it is over for the day. Doing exercise in the morning is a great way to start the day.
Exercise is an important part of health, but the other side of it is eating healthy to feel good. To get the most out of your Every Day In May expierence try adding healthy eating into your "everyday". Maybe your challenge can be trying new fruit or veggies, eating breakfast, finding new recipes, drinking plenty of water,making sure you journal your food through out the month of May. there are so many options to improve your nutrition. Challenge yourself and make a commitment. You will be happy
