Breakfast - berry smoothie
Lunch - buffalo chicken tortellini, small piece of birthday cake
Dinner - chicken ceasar salad from Wegmans
Went to the gym this morning for Half Hour of Power. Worked out with Jeanne and Brian after. It was more difficult than it probably should have been. Its been a little while since I've done that kind of workout. I've been doing a lot of cardio but I need to add some strength training. Took Marley for a brisk 30 minute walk at night (I'm starting the Learn to Run program at Fleet Feet). That's just a warm up for him but he was happy to go along.
I've been very lazy about my food lately. I'm just trying to make "not so bad" choices when I get to a meal. I really need to plan my week - even if I don't follow it exactly at least I'll have some food in my kitchen. That's my goal for tomorrow. Plan the rest of the week and go to the store. I need to consciously add some fruits and vegetables into my day.
