Challenge Update
I meant to write each week of the challenge but I obviously haven't done that.ᅠ I'm currently in week 3.ᅠ The first week went great.ᅠ I followed the exercises, concentrated on mindful eating and lost 3 lbs.ᅠ Yay!ᅠ Second week pretty good as well.ᅠ My birthday was in the middle of the week so I wasn't expecting a weight loss.ᅠ I indulged a little more with my food and I skipped the gym one day but overall I felt good about the week.ᅠ ᅠGlad to sayᅠI lost 1 lb.ᅠ Yay!ᅠ Now, week 3.ᅠ My workout buddy is out of town and I used that as an excuse to skip the gym on Monday and Tuesday - yeah, I had a couple appointments but in reality I could have gone after work.ᅠ That's okay - worked out this morning and it was not an easy one.ᅠ I'm still taking time to sit and eat dinner without any distractions but I find myself feeling munchy.ᅠ It seems that anytime I allow myself to eat some sweets I want more sugar than if I had never eaten it in the first place.ᅠ Well, I turned down some bad food at lunch today so I'm feeling good.ᅠ I just need to get to the gym the rest of the week and follow the plan.ᅠ We'll see what it all means on Saturday.
