Funnel cake 101

Hey Guys,

 I hope everyone's may is going well and you are staying strong!

In Rochester every year we have something called the lilac festival. Its held at highland park where there are TONS of lilac trees as well as crafts, bands and food.

We all went for my sisters birthday celebration, it was a nice event but very crowded.

parking was a nightmare... we had to walk 2 MILES  and i seriously mean 2 MILES from the car to the park.

But i got my steps in and that's all that matters :)

there was many temptations there but i stayed away from the kettle corn  and cotton candy but we all decided to split a funnel cake. i was hemming and hawing from the start saying no then yes then no. finally i decided id treat my self to a little piece. what we did was we cut it right in half as soon as we got it. there was three people and there was three pieces no need for extra pieces for greater temptation. when i took my 1st bite i said its good then the 2nd bite was alright then by the 3rd bite i was like  this is not what i remember it to be its not really all that great so i threw it out.

its just so funny how your eating habits change!
