June 25 - food log
Breakfast - berry smoothie
snack - almonds
Lunch - chicken potstickers from Wegmans (did you know that Wegmans has the calories listed for all the items in the sushi section...pretty cool) and a few strawberries
snack - Nutri-Grain cereal bar - strawberry
Dinner - soup and salad from Panera - low-fat chicken noodle soup and asian sesame chicken salad
Okay, seriously, I have to stop eating out and plan some meals. Why am I making this difficult? I'm meeting people for dinner tomorrow (we're going to Olives in Schoen Place...yum) but after that I need to cook some meals. Anyone have any suggestions for dinners next week?

Lori-I started keeping a food log this week because I found my eating was erratic. When I plan my meals ahead of time, it makes it much easier for me to shop and know ahed of time what I am going to have. I will gladly share my log with you!
