Memorial Day is the start of all of your summer fun. You can still enjoy your parties and be successful with your weight loss Here are some suggestions:
*exercise a little more on the day of event
*eat a satisfying snack or meaLbefore going
*use a small plate
*when serving a dish use a regular size spoon (they tend to be shovel size)
*bring a healthy dish to pass
*fill 3/4 plate with fruI and veggies
*don't hang by the food table
*play a game with kids after eating
*have water at hand
*REMEMBER "NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS"
