Snack: 11:45- cheese stick and peach cup
1:00- snack size bag of pretzels
Lunch: 2:45 sandwich 98% FF wegmans deli ham on a Arnolds flat roll
100 caloire pack baked chettos
Apple
SF pudding
Cheese stick
Arnold palmer ½ tea ½ lemonade to drink
Pm snack 5:00: Quaker oats breakfast cookie
Dinner: 6:30- $ 6.00 meal from wegmans- grilled chicken, green beans and garlic mashed potaotes
I HATE potatoes but something about these garlic mashed potaotes are to die for!!!
desert: 100 calorie pack of cookie and a 8 oz glass of milk.
